When I started learning graphic designs, we were about three (3) apprentice learning at that time, they only thoughts us how to make us of Corel13 and how to use the Direct Image Machine as of then it was bizhub C220.
But over the years I upgraded myself to corel17 were I became an expect with it I kept learning and upgrade from corel13 to 17, 20,24 then I letter advanced to using of Adobe Photoshop.
Currently now I’ve mastered I have mastered the new AI and Canva tool for making beautiful designs.
I started learning computer at the age of 15 in 2014 in makurdi after my senior secondary school, i faced lots of condemnation, but i never gave up because i knew the benefits of learning. it took me 3years of constant learning and practice to be here today.
With every knowledge I acquired in the printing shop I put them into practice and even as as far as downloading and watching YouTube videos.

START SMALL
I started my computer store with just one computer and a photocoping machine where i do mostly online applications gradually I was able to gather enough money to buy more printers.
Within one year i was able to save enough to buy more machines and computers, then I started offering training through the training i was able to select two of my best students and employed them now I have 4 staffs and all are experts in the field.
Some people consider saving and buying all the equipment before renting a shop, but the truth is that “the longer you wait the more things are getting expensive and its keeps prolonging your investment instead of waiting its is advised to start something
Many successful businesses today started from very small beginnings. What truly matters is consistency, patience, and the willingness to improve gradually.

I acquired so much about graphic designs and printing to the point sometimes in 2025 my boss “Yes” the one that thought me how to design and print.
He contacted me and ask me if I can be able to teach him how to design using the new AI Canva to design, I did and he paid me very well that was actually my first 100k in Graphic designs..
I then decide to add teaching to the business and many of my loyal customers brought their children/wards for me to train. So far I have graduated about a total of 12 students in three years

Especially In Abuja Nigeria, many people wake up very early for work and most time they require to do some little Jobs sometimes relating to cyber cafe.
I had one customer when I started operating my business, he was a barista and usually has plenty thing to photocopy.
According to him he described that he has always be passing by my shop and notice that am always open once it 6:15am, to the point he stopped checking his time whenever he passes by because he believes its 6:15
So keeping to time too can attract customer most especially the once that visit very early to design urgently.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
The way you treat your customers determines whether they will return or not. Always speak politely, attend to customers quickly, and try to understand exactly what they want. Good customer service brings referrals and helps build a strong reputation.
CONSISTENCY
